ACTI TCM-3411 IP camera keeps Erroring

Hello, I have an acti TCM-3411 camera installed on our BC server and if I watch the video in your DVR Client, the screen occasionally goes dark with the word "Error" in the middle. This wasn't too big a problem until you updated your software. Now if I am monitoring this camera and it errors, the pc's cpu% goes very high, and will not go back down until I shutdown the client software and restart it. I am currently using the 2.1.1 version so I do not have this problem.

I have tried a bunch of different settings on the camera, but nothing seems to help. Here is the error log that gets created when this happens:

Oct 8 16:00:55 BC-CampHill bc-server[27513]: W(13/Hose Shop): [libav] Application provided invalid, non monotonically increasing dts to muxer in stream 0: 13100670 >= 13100670

Oct 8 16:00:55 BC-CampHill bc-server[27513]: E(13/Hose Shop): Can't write to live stream: Invalid argument

Oct 8 16:00:55 BC-CampHill bc-server[27513]: E(13/Hose Shop): Error writing frame to recording: Invalid argument

Do you know of anything I can do to help correct this?

Thanks, Jim Cook
