ubuntu12.04 fail install

I recently had to rebuild server because of a hardware problem. Install ubuntu 12.04lts, with kernel 3.2.0-29-generic x86_64

  1. git clone git://github.com/bluecherrydvr/solox10.git

  2. cd solo6x10

  3. make

  4. make install

  5. depmod -a

  6. reboot

  7. lspci -v produces:

05:05.0 Multimedia video controller: Bluecherry BC-H08240A 8 port H.264 video and audio encoder / decoder

    Flags: bus master, 66MHz, medium devsel, latency 64, IRQ 15Memory at fbcf0000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=64K]Kernel modules: solo6x10

07:05.0 Multimedia video controller: Bluecherry BC-H08240A 8 port H.264 video and audio encoder / decoder

    Flags: bus master, 66MHz, medium devsel, latency 64, IRQ 11Memory at fbdf0000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=64K]Kernel modules: solo6x10

  8. lsmod |grep -i solo produces:

  1. solo6x10 70410 0

  2. videobuf_dma_sg 19354 1 solo6x10

  3. v4l2_common 16454 1 solo6x10

  4. videodev 98259 2 solo6x10,v4l2_common

  5. videobuf_dma_contig 13463 1 solo6x10

  6. videobuf_core 26390 3 solo6x10,videobuf_dma_sg,videobuf_dma_contig

  7. snd_pcm 97188 4 snd_hda_codec_hdmi,solo6x10,snd_hda_intel,snd_hda_codec

  8. snd 78855 8 snd_hda_codec_hdmi,solo6x10,snd_hda_codec_realtek,snd_hda_

but.....dmesg |grep -i solo doesn't show the drivers being loaded????
