Solo6x10 driver, debian 2.6.32-5-686 - Could not initialize any (or all) techwell chips

Greetings,

Have Bluecherry PCI 4 Channel Board with Sound, SER #040510080052, marked PCI V5.0, and onboard Techwell TW2815 and Solo6010-4.

Have followed all instructions on compiling driver and the process works great, the issue is that when the module is installed, it gives this:

[ 20.583354] solo6x10 0000:02:04.0: Probing Softlogic 6010

[ 20.583392] solo6x10 0000:02:04.0: PCI INT A -> GSI 16 (level, low) -> IRQ 16

[ 20.606057] solo6x10 0000:02:04.0: Could not initialize any (or all) techwell chips

[ 20.606596] solo6x10 0000:02:04.0: PCI INT A disabled

[ 20.606612] solo6x10: probe of 0000:02:04.0 failed with error -22

lspci -vv produces:
