Lost cameras after upgrading to 2.4

After upgrading from 2.0.2 to 2.4.2 no cameras are showing up. Online log shows:

to set H264 quantization, please update solo6x10 driver

If I issue a lspci I got:

Not sure why the H264 error shows up in this release, but my DVR is now dead. Could you please help?
