please help !!!
we are running the latest ver 2.17 , as there was an event 3 days ago we where looking for the recordings and then we find out that we can only browse events from about 9:00 AM to 20:00 PM , as the event was at 7:30 AM the client does not show it.
if we manually search the event in the file system , we can find the files and watch the events.
whats going on ???, why ???
