I've got a Bluecherry BC-04120A-OEM card installed in a CentOS 6.4 box, I've got the driver running, and I am getting video out of /dev/video[1-4] by way of an ffmpeg command:
ffmpeg -f video4linux2 -i /dev/video[whatever] [output file]
However, the video is coming out of the card as mjpeg at 352x240 and 30 fps, which is not what I want it to do. How do I go about changing the settings for the video format (I want h.264 video), resolution (I'm looking for the max the card can do), frame rate (I actually want to turn that down to about 10 fps), and compression settings (those I'll need to play with for my purposes)? ffmpeg can convert it for me, but that's processor intensive and would cause problems.
I figure there's a .conf file somewhere, but I have no idea where to find it, nor what the format will be. Can anyone tell me where to look and where to find the spec?
