Error accessing cameras connected to BC-H16480A card

We have a 16 port

Bluecherry BC-H16480A card, and it used to work. However somewhere

in the process of upgrading either the solo6x10-edge driver or the

bluecherry software, now we just get "error" when viewing in the

client. Can you help solve the problem?

The card is detected:

# dmesg | grep solo

[ 11.433950] solo6x10-edge 0000:03:05.0: Probing Softlogic 6110

[ 11.433959] solo6x10-edge 0000:03:05.0: PCI INT A -> GSI 19

(level, low) -> IRQ 19

[ 14.445073] solo6x10-edge 0000:03:05.0: Display as /dev/video0

with 16 inputs (5 extended)

[ 14.501979] solo6x10-edge 0000:03:05.0: Encoders as

[ 14.502181] solo6x10-edge 0000:03:05.0: Alsa sound card as

bluecherry version is 2.1.1-1

solo6010-dkms is 2.4.8-1

There isn't anything in the bluecherry log that offers any hints as to what is

happening. That is to say, the cameras connected via BC-H1640A never even appear in the log.

I would appreciate it if you can offer steps on how to debug and solve the problem.

Thank you
