“Media request error” when trying to play back recordings

I am having issues with the BlueCherry Client that you might be able to explain:

2) The client shows the events below the Cam window but when I double click and try to view them, a“Media request error” appears

The recording are been stored on a second drive by the server, but the client does not seem to be able to load and play them,

The client is able to read and show them in the list and timeline but not play.

When I mounted the second drive, I did set the permissions/ownership on the second drive as directed , by checking the second drive I can see that the server is writing and storing the recoding in this location, why is the client unable to play them?

If I access the recording directly from the storage location the recording are intact and I can play them
